Provide direction to TG’s on ‘go-to-market’ sales channel strategies, market segmentation.Provide regular customers’ requirement & technical trends to BU Automation leaders for product engineering and development priorities.Focus on business development effectiveness, marketing strategic and trend analysis.Keep up-to-date on industry developments and market competitions and provide regular feedback to BU leaders.Possess a strong understanding of products and competitions in the industry and positioning.Collaborate with Product Management of Business Units and sales teams to ensure that customer requirements are met.Develop and oversee the implementation of Sales Support Plans for the region including but not limited to sales calls, marketing information, specialist support, local trade show and other promotion activities.Main liaison for the product portfolio Automation of APAC sales organization, includes Interface solutions, HMI and Cameras Systems.
